This case is not murder, but an accident. Osamu Iwabuchi was crushed by the spaceship while looking for the supposed money. One of the steel wires holding up the spaceship snapped from deterioration which caused it to fall on top of Iwabuchi killing him. His friend later moved his body to hide the fact that they had broken into the warehouse looking for the money.
